2026 Asian Herbal Medicine Study Program Refund Policy
When Paid In Full:
The full amount paid, minus $500.00, is fully refundable if you cancel your participation up to 5 days before the program begins.

Once the program begins, you can cancel at any time and receive a refund for any of the modules you have not participated in.
There are no refunds for a module once the module has begun.
Payment Plan:
The $500.00 deposit is non-refundable.

Once the program begins, the total hours of participation will be calculated and deducted from the amount of payments you have made (not including the deposit).
There are no refunds for a module once the module has begun.
