Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!

For over 30 years, I’ve been practicing as a herbalist and acupuncturist with a passion for East Asian medicine. Along the way, I’ve explored everything from Chinese classical texts and cosmology to European astrology. It’s been a joy to coach and work with thousands of clients, helping them find more balance, health, and happiness in their lives. My approach blends ancient Asian philosophies with practical, down-to-earth support for your body, mind, and spirit. I especially love working in women’s health and using East Asian herbal medicine to address a wide range of health concerns.

Since 1995, I’ve also been sharing what I know—teaching East Asian herbal medicine and diagnosis to internal medicine and gynecology. Whether it’s in person or online, I love guiding students and practitioners at every stage, from beginners to seasoned professionals. Supporting people on their learning journeys and helping them grow is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

I’ve been licensed since 1993, completed two clinical internships in China, and earned my clinical doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) in 2015. My mission is to support and inspire students, clients, and fellow practitioners—whether in the U.S. or around the world—by sharing knowledge and building a caring community in the world of acupuncture and East Asian herbal medicine.
